When the surgery is closed a recorded telephone message will also give out this
number.This service is for emergencies and not for making appointments or for
matters that would wait until next day.
All calls are recorded for safety.

ACCESS
FOR THE DISABLED
There is wheelchair access into
the surgery, and facilities for the disabled.
PATHOLOGY
SPECIMENS
When requested by a doctor please
bring pathology specimens to the surgery before 11.15am Monday-Friday.
PARKING
Unfortunately, there is no parking
for patients on the practice site.
COMPLAINTS
AND SUGGESTIONS
If you have a comment or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or staff, please write to the practice manager. A copy of our complaints procedure is available from reception.

COMPUTERISATION
The surgery is fully computerised
and registered under the Data Protection Act.
