The surgery is staffed from 8.00am and open during the following hours:
Weekdays: 8.30am - 6.30pm. Door closed between 12.30 - 1.30pm daily.

When the surgery is closed a recorded telephone message will also give out this number.This service is for emergencies and not for making appointments or for matters that would wait until next day.

All calls are recorded for safety.

For healthcare advice and treatment without an appointment, please contact the NHS Walk-in Centre at Clare House, St George’s Hospital, Blackshaw Road, SW17 0QT (tel 020 8700 0505), or telephone NHS DIRECT 0845 4647 for medical advice.

ACCESS FOR THE DISABLED

There is wheelchair access into the surgery, and facilities for the disabled.

PATHOLOGY SPECIMENS

When requested by a doctor please bring pathology specimens to the surgery before 11.15am Monday-Friday.

PARKING

Unfortunately, there is no parking for patients on the practice site.

COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS

If you have a comment or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or staff, please write to the practice manager. A copy of our complaints procedure is available from reception.

ZERO TOLERANCE

We fully support the Government’s NHS policy on verbal and physical abuse towards our staff.

COMPUTERISATION

The surgery is fully computerised and registered under the Data Protection Act.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION

The practice complies with the model publication scheme as provided by the Information Commissioner. Copies are available on request.
