Due to the coronavirus outbreak, please do not attend the surgery if you have a respiratory illness, cough, fever or temperature. If you have already booked an appointment with us for another reason and then develop these symptoms please call reception to convert your appointment to a telephone consultation instead.
If you feel you need to speak with a GP please telephone us on 020 8946 2800 and we will arrange a telephone triage appointment.
Our usual appointment time is 10 minutes. Please make one appointment for one person about one problem. If you are unable to keep your appointment please telephone to cancel. Failure to do so means a wasted appointment that another patient could have used.
- Consultations with the doctors and nurses are by appointment.
- Consultations with the phlebotomist are also by appointment; the doctor will ask you to book this when he refers you for a blood test.
Online Services
You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions and more.
Home Visits
Visits are usually restricted to terminally ill or housebound patients.
Please request a home visit before 10.00am, except in an emergency.
Telephone Advice
We are no longer doing a Doctors phone in between 12.00pm and 12.30pm. If you wish to speak to a Doctor, please call us on 020 8946 2800 and organise a callback. All initial contact with a Doctor has to be by phone and if they need to see you that will be organised subsequent to your conversation with the Doctor.
For medical advice outside of our surgery hours please telephone NHS 111.
The nurses try to be available for telephone enquiries on Monday between 2.30pm to 3.00pm.
