If you have a comment or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or staff, you can ask to speak to the Practice Manager or Deputy Practice Manager to discuss your problem. Every effort will be made to investigate your complaint and try to resolve any issues swiftly. In the case of your complaint being of a clinical nature, please address your written complaint to our practice manager in the first instance, and this will be forwarded to an appropriate Clinician for an investigation and response in due course. A copy of our complaints procedure is available at Reception - please ask the receptionists for a leaflet.
