We aim to be a modern medical practice that still aims to offer the personal attentive level of care you would expect from a traditional family practice. If you have a comment or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or staff, please write to the practice manager or ask to see her to discuss your problem. Our practice manager operates an 'open-door' policy and will always be glad to discuss any issues that you may be facing. She will make every effort to investigate your complaint and try to resolve any issues swiftly. In the case of your complaint being of a clinical nature, please address your written complaint to our practice manager in the first instance, and she will forward the complaint to an appropriate Clinician for an investigation and response in due course.
